Hang & Flow is a yoga trapeze immersion designed to show you how to use supported suspension as a complete home practice — building strength without bracing, decompressing the spine, and improving mobility while regulating your nervous system through breath, rhythm, and support. The replay includes both sessions: a more dynamic, strength-focused exploration (including inversions and split work), and a slower, restorative sequence designed to release tension and reset the system.
